I think I have found the best definition of Ironic, The murderous Al Qassam Martyrs’ Brigade holding a night-time rally in Gaza to show their support for Mohammed “Messenger of Peace”, while wearing Balaclavas, combat vest and carrying AK-47’s.
I am not sure what the Palestinian definition of “peace” is, but I certainly never saw John Lennon wearing a balaclava and an AK-47 slung over his shoulder, must be a cultural thing..
